The Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) Student Loan Forgiveness Program is now accepting applications. The program is open to Oklahoma Registered Nurses pursuing education to become a CNM — including both aspiring and current CNM students — and is designed to reduce financial barriers while strengthening the CNM workforce in the Tulsa area.
In return for loan assistance, participants commit to practicing in the Tulsa area after graduation, providing comprehensive maternal healthcare services including prenatal care, labor and birth support, postpartum care, and women’s health services.
The maximum award corresponds to four years of full-time service; partial awards are prorated based on service commitment.
